Need help with RankmyTask? Email us and we will get back to you. Please include your device type (iPhone or Android) and the app version shown in Settings, so we can help faster.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they can only be changed or cancelled from your store account:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Open the app, go to the Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy the subscription. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it.
Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment, under their own policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: request a refund from your order history in the Play Store. See our Terms of Use for details.
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app, in Settings. This is permanent and removes your tasks, stats, streaks, and friend connections. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. We do not sell your data.
RankmyTask works offline and syncs when you reconnect. If tasks stay unsynced, check your connection and reopen the app. Signing out and back in forces a fresh sync, and no local tasks are lost in the process.
Check that notifications are enabled for RankmyTask in your device settings, and that the reminders you expect are turned on in the app's Settings screen. On Android, battery optimization can delay scheduled reminders — excluding RankmyTask from it usually resolves that.
Invite links open the app directly if it is installed. If the link opens in a browser instead, install the app first, then tap the link again.
